We will ship you promptly a finer bicycle than anything ever seen in your town. We will ship it C.O.D. if you wish. We will put on Hedgethorn tires and the best equipment, including tool bag and tools, exactly as shown in our large catalog. The above special offer, which is less than our cost is F.O.B. Chicago and we cannot pay the freight; neither can the special premium offer nor certificates which we sent you recently be used.
