Dear Olga --

Thanks again for your last letter. Pardon me, but I must confess that I think (it) takes too long on the way (over) here. Why can't you get yourself a little mail dove, and tell it when you sends it away that it will have to hurry?

But say then! It goes fast, as I understand from your letter. I am so glad that you do not have any obstructions in getting your papers. I thought you should not have any obstacles, and (it is) good for you. Dear you, Olga- I am so happy over your last letter. But I do not wish that you shall fear or be sad for the voyage over here. Then if you knew how fun such a trip is, you would not be sad.

I know that if you are down or sad because of the trip, then I am the one to blame. And it hurts me if someone should be sad because of me.

Give your Mother so many greetings from me. And tell her so many thanks because she will give you to me. And greet her and tell your parents and sisters that I am so glad (and) that I will (give) you a good home. If I was not able to do that, I would not have asked for you.

(Upside down: - Be kind and write as soon as you can smuggle a letter to the mail office- Ha Ha- )

But dear you, you should not be depressed because of the trip alone, since the moment you get on the boat you will have Norwegians around you.

And you shall not be sad and find yourself in doubt; your home shall be. I shall make it, you shall be in certain hope. That is why I wanted you to come so early in the spring, because then I have the time to come to New York.

You must tell me everything and how your papers are sounding. To what time. The date you have to consider. Because you must see that I have to arrange and get you a ticket- just as when the boat is leaving from Bergen. I shall see to it that I am in New York a couple of days in advance. Dear you, I have thought that maybe I should not send you anything for Christmas, it sounds very sad and strange. But maybe you understand. So you may have that good for another time.

Yes this has to be enough for this time, then I will write more in the not too distant future.

So many heartfelt greetings from Albert.

Note: - You said in your letter that you should have had some references. But that is not the worst I should have wished to know-
